Resumo de História: Raymond Anwe era um mergulhador da DM (Divisão de Mergulhadores) fazendo parte do combate das forças especiais da GRUMEC. Em uma operação especial onde terroristas transportavam armamentos roubados acaba dando errado quando sua equipe é descoberta e os terrorista contra-atacam fazendo o navio afundar. Enquanto o navio afundava Raymond acabou achando uma sala secreta onde tinha uma carga de teste altamente radioativa roubada de uma usina nuclear do exército e acaba ficando preso dentro da sala. O submarino da marinha dispara contra o navio afundado o explodindo mesmo sabendo que uma equipe com seus homens ainda estava lá. Quando a carga de teste explodiu em vez de Raymond explodir junto, ele acabou absorvendo a energia. Dado como ‘morto em combate’ Raymond jura vingança contra seu general por explodir o navio e matar sua equipe, assim sem ninguém saber ele se torna um dos terroristas mais procurado do mundo sendo apenas conhecido como kāta Quantum.
