Today’s weigh: 65.8 kg

I gained but i lost 2 kg so far

sooo i think i’m back on track….

My life has been insane… my dad has cancer so i’m trying to visit him at hospital as much as i can… my mum does not want to eat and i see it as competition….

I was at workshop about nail designs and i look so fat at every photo from that day ugh !

I need to lose at least 15 kg ….

I’ve been binging like a crazy but i hope i can make it up today !?!

As i told you i had to eat lunch with my mum bcs of her ed. She just doesn’t eat when nobody is eating so i just have to eat too so she can’t say “ but you didn’t eat either “

That’s something i should do too. Don’t eat when nobody’s eating

Also she’s bmi 16 i think ???( weights 40 kg while she has 155 cm) so that’s gonna be my goal …. I need to weight 40 kg so i can be skinny…..

all woman in our family got ed at young age sooo it’s like genetics 😭😅🫠

Today i have to eat with my mum lunch bcs she apparently can’t eat alone bcs of her ed so i made vegetarian food that taste like butter chicken so we’re gonna eat that.

Total for me is going to be …idk how many calories is in it ?! So let’s just say it has 1000 kcal for whole meal

So basically i will do omad again….

Sorry for not being active lately.

Today’s weigh: 64.7 kg

I made a plan and i have two weeks to lose 2 kg and then i want to lose 4 kg in February …. And so on …until i get to 40 kg…

Challenge for next five months is NOT GETTING HOSPITALIZED

Hey…..

I’ve been at home for about 6 months now , looking for job all day, sending my cv to every place i could and now i have the chance to work again.

I’m so exited but it’s a place where usually work people 3 days a week and it doesn’t make a lot of money so that means that i could not move out . But if i save all money from that work i could move out maybe like next year?

So I’m thinking if i’ll say yes or if i keep looking for another place.

Also I’m stressed if i can do it? yk what i mean? My depression it’s bad again but I don’t want to go to psych ward so it feels like i have no choice but go to work.

I relapsed witn my ed probably like 5 times in my whole life

And nobody takes it seriously ?!

It’s so sad

Even i told my psychiatrist and i told it several times

I spoke about my ed in psych ward and still nobody cares !

I fasted yesterday and i lost only 0.3 kg ?!? Wtf

I guess i will be doing omad again … it brings better results.

So what basically happened was that i binged yesterday and gained 1 kg ….

I was so sad about it that i binged in the morning too

I’m hating myself for being such an idiot…..

I guess tomorrow is a new start and i won’t allow myself to have a dinner🙃

Yesterday was such a successful day ….. i went for walkie with our dog (did 10k steps) , a read book and i even did my skin care

Today i’m going to read again, do my skin care and maybe i will go running 🏃‍♀️(5km at least)
