hey everyone sorry, i’ve been less active. i went back to work this week part time. and my hours are laughable.... they aren’t even part time. and i’m pissed off about it and just sleeping a lot

Can not believe its July already! But I am so looking forward to all the festivities and enjoying the fireworks with Bryant. This will be his first year watching the fireworks so I hope he enjoys them just as much as I do! How is everyone else doing?

“time just flew by, didn’t it?” they said with a wide grin on their face. “i’m sure he’ll love it, right? hopefully the loud noises don’t scare him.” with that said, kirby shrugged. “i’m doing good, i really can’t complain. how about you?”

lately, i’ve just been anxious about everything. hence, why my activity has been so poor. and now i’m going back to work on monday i’m just even more anxious than i already am. i deeply apologize for my inactivity and if i let anyone done in one way or another.

“I’m happy that the city listened to my request to let Shark Tale play in the gay-a-thon,” they stated to the next customer in line. They posted a mini-version of their farmer’s market stand at the drive-in to bring a little more fruits and veggies to the night. “The whole movie is a metaphor for tolerance of homosexuality and acceptance of urban communities.”

kirby tried to remember the movie, though they didn’t remember anything. so it was safe to assume kirby never watched it as a child. a small smile spread across their lips. “really? i never seen this movie before. that’s such an interesting take.” they glanced down to all the fresh fruits, they all looked really delicious. kirby had no intent on getting anything other then junk food, but seeing all of this was defiantly changing their minds.

It took a bit of time, but the perfect spot had finally been found. Parking the navy blue VW Bug was always easy since it wasn’t the biggest car. Somehow Charlie managed to get three giant blankets and four pillows into it. They all decided to tumble out once she opened the trunk. One managed to make it further than the others and she scrambled to get it before it rolled too far. As she ran for it she bumped into a moving body and her cheeks flushed. “Sorry about that I wasn’t looking and well I put way too many blankets in that tiny trunk.” Looking up she smiled at the person. “Happy Pride!” she exclaimed before placing the blanket on her shoulder.

kirby had been excited about pride, they had been looking forward to going. this year was a littler harder than ever since they’d fly home to celebrate with their grandparents. and this year they weren’t here. it was just hard. kirby was deep in thought not paying much attention to where they were going. to be honest, they weren’t even sure they were headed in the right location to where they parked the car. “no, i should be sorry.” their voice softer than normal. kirby couldn’t even hide their emotions. “happy pride to you as well.” a forced smile fell on their lips.
