The worst thing about having chronic pain or an invisible illness is that during really bad days, people will be like ‘you don’t seem that bad....’like am I supposed to convince you? Do you want me to act sicker cus I don’t have the energy for that shit. Can’t you just trust me when I say I’m incredible pain, and listen to me when I say I cannot do something. Like I have chronic nausea and the only time people give me the accommodations I need is when I’m throwing up cus they can see me being physically unwell. Ugh. Don’t make me feel like I have to prove myself that’s bullshit!!
