So many stuff going on last week. I got diagnosed with bipolar. It has been over 5+ years of having the symptoms but my parents were in denial about me having bipolar at first, now after getting diagnosis from 2 different psychiatrists, it made everything clear now. Im on meds now so everything is fine for now. And Im not a type person who talk about my personal stuff irl or online so only my family knows about it. Yeah pretty sh!t i guess. Im sorry im not the best with words but i guess its important to write it even though not so many people would read it. But i appreciate you if you made it this far.

I made this one when i got panic attack while being in depresive episode. Originally it was in color blue but i edited to make it more spooky
