about your post about how you feel about those pictures (btw the photographer is andrea vecchiato who also directed luminal which neil was also in) i saw a forum post from 2012/13 saying that the photographer’s intention was to get a “grungy, porny” feel from them (paraphrasing the post, and i have no idea where andrea originally posted this or the pictures) so it’s totally valid that you get a kinda icky “should I be looking at this?” feeling from them because I think that was part of the artist’s intention y’know? on the other hand i get also get what you mean about people being disrespectful though, sometimes people take intimate art and photography as a chance to be gross and it’s bleh
