Ok so this might not make much sense if you haven't read the other thing I sent you but I just got my jersey today and as an 8th grader I am playing JV and sitting Varsity!!!! This has been my goal for as long as I've played volleyball and I have been crying all morning I can't believe it!!!!!!

Why do i get mad so easily everytime i do something wrong while playing volleyball

This is a concern that I have seen with many volleyball players - no matter what the age - throughout my years of coaching.

Volleyball is a game of mistakes! It’s important to remember that nobody would earn any points without a mistake happening somewhere on the court. The best (and sometimes hardest) thing to do is to focus on the next rep, play, or point, and look to your coach and/or teammates for guidance! 

Learning from mistakes is not only a skill that is useful for volleyball, but it will help you in all aspects of your life. Get back out there, and try and try again! With hard work and dedication, you can help to stop those mistakes in the future. 

And most importantly - it’s just a game! These days it is easy to get lost in the win-loss record, but what matters most is that you are enjoying what you are doing and have an excellent and fun way to stay active and healthy!
