TL;DR on lore for anyone interested: Her name is Scarlet. She used to be an AAHW Soldat but was broken free of the code by 2BDamned around the same time as Deimos (I like the headcanon that he was an engineer, dunno if it's confirmed). She's part of their team but functions more as an eye in the sky because 2B fears her code might reset with every update the Auditor runs on his units.

Bit on the work itself; I'm not a religious person myself but I've always been fascinated by the Archangels and their respective roles. Archangel Uriel is described as being associated with warmth and wisdom.
