Baking with the Ishgardians....
Aymeric de Borel…. While his status as illegitimate son denied him a sheltered upbringing, Aymeric is surprisingly inexperienced when it comes to the science of baking – but what he lacks in skills, he makes up for in determination and organization. He will have everything ready to go by the time you arrive, and makes for an excellent assistant, diligently weighting ingredients. Aymeric likes to mostly stick to the recipes, but is willing to experiment when it comes to potential toppings.
Favorite: Vanilla Crescent Cookies. He’s vanilla.
Charibert de Leusignac…. A walking torch blower on two legs, Ser Charibert can be both your greatest asset or greatest enemy when it comes to baking. Potentially the first and only person to walk Hydaelyn capable of even burning water, a less destructive approach to his abilities shows him rather skilled at cooking caramel. Charibert likes to stray from the original recipe and bending the rules a little.
Favorite: Ginger Snaps. A little spicy and with benefits to health and mind.
Estinien Wyrmblood…. While he may initially be hard to pursue into baking and pulling up his usual tall, dark, and disgruntled wall, Estinien will warm up to the idea after a few minutes of awkward silence – latest by the time the first batch of cookies is done and he gets to nab one. Don’t let him handle the flour, this Dragoon has a talent for getting more all over the kitchen and himself than into the bowl. His skills leave things to be desired, but he’s not completely hopeless.
Favorite: Cinnamon Stars. Because we all know deep down he’s a sinnamon roll.
Haurchefant Greystone…. If you were to ask Haurchefant about the three things most important to him when it comes to baking, he’d answer good company, a song on your lips, and his Kiss the Cook apron. When he was a child, he spent a lot of his time helping out at the kitchen, making him a confident and competent cook. After a good job done, Haurchefant enjoys to sit down in front of the oven and revel in its warmth and glow.
Favorite: Stained Glass Cookies. It reminds him of everything holidays, but especially the Halonic Church illuminated on those cold winter days.
Artoirel de Fortemps…. The heir to House Fortemps is very inexperienced when it comes to baking, but adamant to learn more about it. If neither you nor he have baking experience to speak of, he will make sure to have a trusted servant supervising any attempts. Artoirel can get lost in decorating and may need a gentle reminder that cookies aren’t supposed to be perfectly shaped and that it’s fine to mess up a little.
Favorite: Black and White Cookies. Beginner friendly and versatile.
Grinnaux de Dzemael…. While he’s an excellent asset when it comes to grinding ingredients into fine powder with raw violence, Grinnaux is absolutely not suited for anything requiring delicate handiwork. Make sure to be on time for the baking session, or you’ll likely find him knocked out, face down on the kitchen table, the bottle of rum saved for one of the recipes empty at his feet.
Favorites: Rum balls. Now he can get smashed drinking and eating!

Favorite: Spiced Eggnog Rum Cookies.
