Humans, along with all traces of human civilization, disappear instantaneously. No one feels pain. No one feels fear. No one even knows. There won't be nuclear reactor meltdowns or the likes, because that stuff is all gone. Assume any damage to ecosystems (such as from dams disappearing) will be temporary. Disregard edge cases like animals being trapped in suddenly un-excavated mines n such.

Essentially we're just all gone and have been cleaned up after. Extinct species aren't miraculously back, but nature's domain over the planet is fully restored.
