Making random NPC cookies for my AU

Meet Champagne cookie! She used to run the juice bar Sparkling works at with her husband before they gave it to their son(sparkling). This is her in her retired outfit. I might draw her husband if I think of something. Also she’s one of those moms that’s like; “you know that boy is really pretty! You two would look cute together!” To Sparkling. She still comes to help around the bar time to time.

design notes: The bow in her hair used to be a bow tie she wore during work. The ribbon thingys coming out of her skirt were my way of like making the glass? I still like how they came out tho. Her skirt is also like foaming? So that plays into the theme as well.
