Vegas has a taste for Kim's dark side
One day you're just humming a song — and then it hits you: maybe this story didn’t start here.
In Ride Or Die, everything is pushed to the edge. Speed. Burning tires. Eyes closed on the highway. Love as adrenaline. Love as choosing not to brake. “You’re the pulse, you’re controlling my system.” We’re a beautiful mess in the city.
But it doesn’t feel like running toward something. It feels like running from something. Overdrive — so you don’t have to hear what’s underneath.
And then morning comes.
“I’m finally sober.” My room and I are both a mess. The fire’s out. Just ash. “This ain’t love but I hope you find it.” Bitter. Sweet.
Maybe it’s the same story. Maybe the crash was inevitable.
Or maybe I’m just connecting dots that were never meant to touch.
In chess, there's a concept called "The Pin." It's when a piece covers a more valuable one — and cannot move, because moving would expose the valuable piece to attack.
What Korn does by initiating Kinn and Porsche's relationship is exactly creating a pin.
The question is: Who is the valuable piece here? Formally, it's Kinn. Porsche stands before him, shielding him as a bodyguard.
For Kinn himself, the valuable piece is Porsche. It's Kinn who now shields him — because Porsche ends up on the line of attack.
By creating this pin, Korn creates a pressure point for Kinn. A vulnerability. He wants to see how his son will move now. If he will move at all. Because at the head of the clan must stand the strongest.
In chess, pinned pieces cannot move. If a king is behind them — moving means check. If a rook or another piece is behind — moving means potential loss.
But Kinn and Porsche become one piece. And they move together.
Bible: posts a cat
Jeff: So you sneaked a pic of MY cat, huh?
Bible: Guess you gotta take a pic of MY cat to get even now.
This is the cutest thing I've seen all week.
PS. Bible included Jeff's "stolen" cat photo in his YEAR-END WRAP-UP.
Okay, this is next level adorable.
The mafia world is like resin: one touch, and you can never pull free. Give in once, and you won't even notice how completely you sink. It will fill you. It will change you. But the deeper you fall, the sweeter the ruin.
This photo unlocked a whole BL plot in my head:
🔹 Tor & Pp — brothers, rivals, heirs to a fortune. 🔹 Jeff — Tor’s boyfriend
Tor trusts Jeff. Pp desires him. But Jeff’s smile hides a knife… and Pp’s envy might be the key to the family’s downfall.
AU where nothing is as it seems.
If, I mean, if bible and jeff are to be shipped together. Who do _you_ think is the top?
Depends on the scene honestly. I just love finding little parallels and moods between them — it’s fun for me. How about you?
Bible is in jail. Jeff is in jail.
I see no coincidence here.
Jeff: goes blonde. Bible: goes blonde.
Me, connecting the dots that don't exist.
