Hi! Question as a transplural person here. Any tips on how to make them fully sentient?

Although I don't know how to make them fully sentient I would just say to make their individual personalities more defined so that it's easier to tell who's doing what. This can be done through likes, dislikes, introverted, extroverted, favourite things, addictions, orientations, identities and anything else you can think of which makes someone themself.
