It never was this cold back home, but he knew better than to yell anything like that to the rest of the tropes.

“cold. too cold” he mumbled to himself knowing that he was only making it worse. The cold air nipped at his hands and toes and he tucked his hands into his armpits in an attempt to warm them. his gloves had grown wet and rendered useless so he had gone with out them. he approached a few men huddled beside a fire, said nothing and knelt down to try and warm his hands.

Lukas looked over at Walter, his hands were pressed under his vestments. Normally he’d be against using them for such a thing but it was so cold. He smiled as Walter, moving over a little to give him more room.

He nodded to lukas casting him a small smile as he eased his hands near the open flame. his entire body shuddered from the cold. He always refrained from speaking to loudly when the pair were among other soldiers. “the wind cuts deep.”

So, I haven’t had this blog long and I haven’t done a huge amount of RPs or gained a ton of followers, but I’ve met some super great people and enjoyed probably the best RP experience I’ve ever had!
