actually started the blogilates beginner's calendar. omfg. I AM SO WEAK. I HAD TO PAUSE SO MANY TIMES CUZ I WAS REALLY TIRED AND IT WAS REALLY PAINFUL I WAS CRYING. I'M REALLY OUT OF SHAPE. BUT I FINISHED IT. I still don't really get lateral breathing and all... and the whole exhaling, inhaling thing is not working out for me.... i suck at exercise breathing. and for dinner i didn't eat any carbs, made a salad :D. hope i can keep this up. wish i had more time to do more exercise... but i gotta study for my APES final tmrrw and my AP Tests coming up next week... T.T and so much homework.
10 Minute Tuna Patties
Ingredients:
1 can of tuna in water
1/2 serving of low fat shredded cheese (15g)
2 tbsp of light mayonnaise
1/4 cup of Panko bread crumbs (I used parmesean herb)
seasonings of your choice ! (ex. garlic powder, italian blend, pepper, paprika, etc)
Directions:
start heating up your pan on a medium heat
in a large mixing bowl add your tuna, mayonnaise, cheese and seasonings and combine thoroughly.
add your bread crumbs and fold into tuna mayo mix
form your wet tuna mixture into patties as you would with hamburger meat (I made 2 medium sized patties, you could make them into as large/small as you’d like)
lightly spray or grease your pan and cook your patties for 3-5 minutes on each side until they’re crispy
ENJOY ! toast two buns and make a tuna burger or add a side of sweet potato chips as I did !

the musts: 1. work out 30 mins day, every day. don’t give me that face. i’m not talking cross-fit (but that works too), a brisk walk will do. don’t be lazy. 2. only eat whole foods (fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, grains) 3. drink 1 gallon of water (each day), preferably with lemon in it. and while you’re at it, you can also enjoy herbal teas, but that’s about it 4. preferably only organic fruits + veggies 5. plan out your meals, it leads to success
extra credit: 1. go to bed at 10 PM 2. wake by 7 AM 3. drink a room temp or hot 12 ounce cup of water with ½ juiced lemon every morning upon waking
that’s it. now let’s get it tight.
