Working hard has this ability to make you feel terribly satisfied, almost serene. More so, when the hard work is appreciated and well respected. This is quite an unsaid understanding.

Love, on the other hand, can make you feel terrible despite working hard. Because in love, hard work may not always equate to respect and admiration, but restriction and lack of response.

But, there’s what makes some people workaholics and choose work over love, making a mess of priorities, in their normality.
