Still here
[She didnât catch the puzzled look the man had at her, once he told her what the white stuff was, her attention was focused all on it. Kneeling down slightly she picked up a handful of the snow, watching it slip out of her hand, the top coat a more powered state. She giggles slightly, before picking up more snow, and then eventually tossed it up into the air above her, watching it fall down like the rest. She was about to grab a handful more when the man jumped down, landing very close to her. Blinking she turned her attention to the man.]
Well this âsnowâ is fun-
[She blinked more, catching the rest of what he said. Undead? She had no idea what that meant, was it something like the spirits her and Mär helped get revenge? Maybe, or was that what a dead person was that that was for some reason brought to life? When he said the last part, she turned her attention away, back to the snow. Now she thought of it- She wasnât sure why she was âaliveâ, she was a doll, from what she knew vaguely dolls donât walk and talk. She placed her hands on the snow, leaving them on the top, not pressing down into it]
No, Iâm not this undead, whatever it may be. I am a doll. [She looked to him ever so slightly.] Iâm Elise, who are you?
There wasn't a day that passed by without Ankh meeting yet another beautiful woman whose fate was to be brought to that damned city against her will. Most people would have considered it cruel, and for once, he had to agree with the majority. His eyes traced the contour of the girl's body as she played in the snow, so innocently, you could have easily mistaken her for a child.
A doll. Ankh crouched down next to the girl, keeping his hands away from the snow. Her body emanated no heat, and even her blinking seemed awkward at times. This wasn't just a figure of speech or a cruel joke; Elise was an actual doll. The only thing that came to mind was how cruel some people could be. Why would they even create such a thing? Why would they give life to an inanimate--
Oh. Right. Because they could.
"Ankh." he replied, eyes finally meeting the girl's. It was a crime to let such sadness reach them. "You got dragged out of your own world, I assume."
