Took me about a month of leveling all my crafting jobs to make all the furniture (and earn money to buy what I couldn’t make), but my apartment is complete! As in, I hit item limit and I’m satisfied with it for now XD It’s no designer home, but it’s cozy and it’s mine- a place for my WoL to come home to after everything ♥

it may not be anything to actual housing pros, but this took me multiple hours to gather and craft and figure out how things could be placed and make it all line up nicely and....you know what, I’m just pleased with it. it’s a little window seat! I did that! all by myself!

(I have no idea how to handle the walls, though. that’s a problem for tomorrow me.)

I really have no idea how to decorate houses in this game but I’m poking away at it! felt very pleased with myself when I figured out a way to use the book staircase as an actual staircase 8D I was hoping the floor sofa could go up on the loft though! very sad about that...

was super excited to snag an apartment in Ishgard as soon as the patch went up! I accidentally ended up with a perfect tableau to depict moving into a new place: no furniture. just eating dinner on the floor with a radio and a single plushie. unpacking is for tomorrow.
