Wandersong Minibang!

This blog is for promoting a minibang event for the Wandersong fandom! This event will pair writers and artists to collaborate on fanwork, culimating in many new fanworks being posted together at the end! The even will most likely be running over the summer of 2025.

Here is my contribution to @wandersongbang for this lovely fic What Ever Happened to Your Heart? by @TheRoboticXYZ

It took me awhile to figure out what I wanted to do. I even did a whole collage of thumbnails which I unfortunately can not find, oops. I'm satisfied with how this piece of art turned out regardless. I Experimented with a lot of new techniques that I think worked out pretty well in the end.

I had fun messing with the colours for this drawing. (Though, admittedly, I apologise if any of you had to raise your screen brightness to see the whole thing. My bad.)

The rain was.. wow! That took time to figure out!

Sandra is looking in a book, trying to figure out something. What could it be? Could it be a recipe? Or a crossword puzzle? How about a word search? Or a lottery ticket? What could she be looking at that's so... enticing? And why does she look so puzzled? It must be something that'll rattle the brains of even the smartest witch, right? That's what Vivian has in her mind right now as she stares at her girlfriend looking at the book so diligently. It's unlike her to just... do that! She doesn't usually study stuff so intensely like that! She just looks at it once and it's done!

My fic for the @wandersongbang is out, and it's!!! stupid!!!

Who is the Beast at Ichor Mountain?

My piece for @wandersongbang !! :)

I worked with the wonderful artists @maroisedot , @juiceboix , and @pyrothemage who illustrated this fic stunningly to really bring it to life, and their wonderful work has been embedded within the fic. You can also find Ria’s piece here and Juice’s here, so give these posts both some love!! <3

This is a character study of sorts of Audrey, set mostly during act 6, about the parallels between Audrey and the King of Hearts. One beast is mentioned in the title of the act. But who is it?

I was inspired by the motif of them being characters with a role they're meant to play, Audrey the hero, King of Hearts the villain, and Bard the damsel, but when the situation changes, the roles shift and Audrey becomes the villain

Are we allowed to write about alternate universes of wandersong that already have fics made of em? Hskabdjsns I don’t know how to word it..

Like, let’s say I made an au where Miriam is a harpy and kiwi is a siren (taking this example from the wandersong discord) and made a public fic about them a while ago, can I write a new one of this same au for this minibang? Or does it have to be something new entirely?

Hi there! Sorry about the late response.

So the mod team discussed, and we've decided that while generic AUs are allowed (just "sci fi AU", for example) building on a universe previously established outside of this bang is not. Firstly because it makes claims less anonymous, (if someone recognized the AU they would know it was you) and secondly because artists may not have time to catch up on all the context of a pre established AU. It's encouraged that you write something brand new for the bang :)
