"What in the hell..?" Said Kurtis, blinking himself awake. It looked like he had been knocked unconscious by something and had just awakened beside what looked to be wooden drawbridge. With a man in plate armor and a medieval weapon pointed at him. "Ah, dammit."

Gabriel was taking a stroll around the hydra legions fortress when he was called by one of the troops who spotted an unknown man outside the front entrance. He had the tip of his longsword garia resting at the man’s neck above his collarbone.

Behind the knight footsteps were heard but the individual’s were unknown.

“…do you understand me?” He spoke in English.

“Y-yeah.” Replied the Pilot, the sword making contact with the underside of his helmet. Either he went back in time by a couple thousand years, or these guys were just really into their Role Playing Games. “I understand ya. Could you do me a solid and get that sword away from me?”

Being a soldier from the future, Kurtis went to reach for his pistol, pulling it and aiming it up at the Knight’s head. “Or are we gonna have problems?”

Before any thing else could happen a boot kicked the pistol out of the man’s hand, which landed a couple feet away.

The man saw a feminine looking knight still sporting some armour like a helm and shin guards but had a hood on that was navy blue like Gabes drapes along with the steel armour.

“I would not try anything else. Our general here would rather not solve this with violence.”

On the left side of the man is an even bigger more buffer guy who’s armour looked the same as the others but his arms were bare and crossed.

“If you do not want this to go south for you you will come with us peacefully.” The female knight said.

Kurtis hastily got to his feet, the pistol landing in the grass a few feet away. He still had the assault rifle on his back just in case these guys tried anything else. “And if I refuse?” He asked, putting up his hands in a mock surrender. “What'cha gonna do about it then?”

He knew it was probably a bad idea to start shit when he was down a weapon and outnumbered. He couldn’t rely on his tech for everything. And if he did travel back in time somehow, radio contact and by extension Titan support wouldn’t be an option.

“Look above the walls.” The warden siad.

There on the walls of the fortress were archers who had flaming arrows at the ready aiming at the mysterious person.

“Whenever I give the order they will fire, and they have only one target.” He then slowly raised his hand into the air as the archers begin to draw there bows back.

“Look it is best to just come peacefully we will not hurt you.” The knight said.

“Our general is a man of his word if you come quietly you will not be harmed.”

Kurtis scoffed at this. He found it strange that these archers had literally nothing better to do with their time other then threaten him. “Alright.” He said, his eyes glued to the archers in case one were to loose an arrow on accident. “I’ll bite. Chivalry and whatnot, right?”

Kurtis was already forming an escape plan just in case they were luring him into some kind of trap. His Phase Shift ability should be able to get him out a sticky situation if need be. And these guys didn’t look like they would be prepared for someone with a gadget that let them phase between dimensions.

"Yeah he doesn't look like he's with the Vikings, or the samurai for that matter, why not just let him go?" The female said.
