Many countries have systems that allow them to speak to as many people as possible in case of something catastrophic. 

The United States has the Emergency Alert System. When triggered, the system interrupts all T.V and radio systems to speak.

Colt LMG

A large, heavy barreled upper, when matched with its correct lower, would fire from an open bolt position. Rate of fire would be around 600 to 650 due to Colt’s hydraulic buffer. You can find the uppers and use them on a regular semi-auto lower if you’re going for a retro or clone build. The barrel is about an inch in diameter, which means the front sight block/post is proprietary, far larger than one you would find on standard AR-15. (GRH)
