🫡 21 years in medicine, two of which in the Armed Forces of Ukraine… In 2024, Yuliia (call sign 'Fury') changed sterile spaces for field environments.
In civilian life, 'Fury' managed a network of pharmacies and worked in an outpatient clinic. Now she applies her skills in the army: Yuliia trains soldiers of the 14th Mechanised Brigade to save lives on the battlefield.
'Teaching is difficult,' admits 'Fury', who shares her biggest reward: when defenders master tactical medicine and are capable of using this knowledge at a critical moment. In war, every second counts, so all the algorithms must be honed to automatism.
Yuliia's brigade is constantly modernising its training approaches, trying to involve instructors with real combat experience. Still, 'Fury' emphasises that personal motivation is equally very important.
'War has changed. Unless you learn to work both independently and as part of a team, nothing will work out,' she claims. Everything is in your hands – and Yuliia acts according to this principle.
