I sort of got help today.
Went to the youth clinic today for questions and other things. I wanted to ask about mental health, especially depression. I have been thinking about asking someone about depression for a while but was always scared to. After getting what I needed I almost left the door without doing so, but I just thought whatever.
I asked the doctor,Ā āHow do you know if youāre just sad or have depression?ā
She responded by listing symptoms and as she did, they all were checked out in my head. She proceeded in asking me questions which I answered almost truthfully. I hid some out of embarrassment.Ā
She was glad I asked and suggested I should try talking to someone.Ā
I donāt know though. Doesnāt seem worth it.
Pre-flight to the Philippines! It was 1am so we took photos to stay up until boarding. It's been ten years since I've left my hometown and this is my first time back. I'm pretty sure I won't recognize a lot of things...

- PROM WAS SUPER COOL BUT DRY GRAD WAS FUNNER. - everyone was a cutie patootie - i still canāt believe i got a promposal and a prom date damn u go (u go gabe u awkward sweety also imma make a post about it soon!!) - im so late with these posts wtf!! i had high expectations but still had fun! - also my s/o to my aunt for replicating my dress as much as she can its so beautiful im crying also to my sister for doing my makeup and hair despite my complaints!!

It has been around two weeks since you have left and honestly, I am still at awe at the friendship we were able to make in the month we met. You are the kindest, most friendly, and honest person despite the fact we haven't talked much. Not to forget that you are also very beautiful. You were the first international student that I have became friends with throughout all my five years in highschool and I am happy for that to happen. You were also the first person I have done all those things to in that week before you left. Amongst other friends of yours, we hung out from sunrise to sundown, in the darkest hours and early mornings. We stayed up and stayed awake for you because every second was a treasure. I am glad to find, through your snapchats you still send me and your many friends here, that your plane landed safe back in your hometown. I hope you are well as always! Thanks for everything, Bella. June 18, 2016 Last Day of school and this is what I did.

Just had my final Awards Night at my highschool and though Iād rather be supporting my friend at her competition, unfortunately I had to go here instead. Iām very proud of what she accomplished (second place and offers to sing what a babe!!!) I am proud of myself and my friends who were also able to realize the great things they have done that year too!!
