My biggest kinks are soiling, hypno, skunk spray, diaper use, omorashi, non-soiling scat, forcefem, and being an adult baby, in roughly that order. I have others too but they're somewhat less relevant.
I'm not really into emeto, vore, or feeding/weight gain stuff. Not too grossed out by them, but don't expect many responses or opinions on that stuff unless there's something else to focus on.
