Health at every size.
Of course I’m fat-positive! I’m positive fat people should lose weight and be healthier!
Reddit isn’t shit for once
But fatties will almost always argue that they know more/better than a doctor (who went to med school and is extremely proficient in chemistry and biology).
Stop chugging excess calories.
Eat to live, don't live to eat.
A quote I remind myself of every single day, to help me continue to make healthy choices.
Fat privilege at its finest. Heaven forbid someone with an actual disability needs to sit down.
AMERICA:
>In an obesity epidemic >Sees nothing wrong with promoting obese models
"Starvation mode" isn't real.
This concept/phrase absolutely enrages me. You cannot gain weight while in a calorie deficit. It defies the laws of thermodynamics. Weight loss occurs when you burn more calories than you consume. Period. It's that simple. Fatties need to stop polluting conversations about fitness and weight loss with blatant and ignorant lies.
Why I never believe an obese person when they say the only eat 1000 of fewer calories a day.
People who get offended over fat-shaming should probably be reminded that shaming the fucking shit out of smokers and turning the perception of smoking into something trashy and deadly, rather than a cool thing everyone does, is what made millions of people all around the globe stop smoking.
We’re not gonna end the obesity epidemic by telling people that being obese is just perfectly fine and beautiful.
If we don’t shield the feelings of smokers, why do we shield the precious fee-fees of obese people?
“Healthy food is SOOOO expensive, u know”
‘K, lol, I think we’re done here.
