This was originally a follow up to my Oracle post but then @3vesthefont made some really good points and I was like 90% done so have the ones I finished anyway. If y’all want the rest, let me know and I’ll do that thang.
Peering into this purple crystal bubble allows you to survey anywhere you want in the universe but it seems to be temporally locked to the present. You sooth the location of the sphere and are blown away by the recursive vision. If you focus hard enough can see into the chronologically parallel and circumstantially simultaneous for whatever that’s worth.
This unassuming gold sphere can expand to a 12-foot diameter enveloping you inside and (re)playing any events that have or will occur within that space. You wish the sphere was a little bigger and that getting answers didn’t require so much exercise.
You’ll never have trouble seeing eye to eye with this thing. The bright red ball gives you access to all the eyes, all of them. A cycle of eyes yours for the choosing. Unstoppable and inescapable, who knows what would happen if it ever met its match. Its said that this object once belonged to a creature so foul the universe itself banished its form.
They say the eyes are the windows to the soul but you’re pretty sure it’s just a brain back there. Either way, this lime green ball helps you pull back the curtain and see the world hidden within others. Inescapable and unstoppable, who knows what would happen if it ever met its match. Its said that this object once belonged to a creature so pure the universe itself protected its form.
You’re not sure if you’re supposed to see all the answers at once but they’re their nonetheless. Every time you ask a question the little answer dice thingy or whatever it’s called spins around a whole bunch until it stops and presents you a whole new set of answers. They’re all technically true but you’re not sure to what degree.
Your inventory is full of these things. Each one only ever gives one answer and it’s not even to a question you asked. You’d throw them away if they weren’t so helpful. Some of them ask you questions and those you don’t hesitate to punt as far as possible but maybe that's what it wants.
Augurmulus of the Assessor
The clouds swirling within this globular blue soothsayer have never steered you wrong. Its a crucible of unlimited answers as long as the question is about getting out of a situation. The only thing more reliable than it’s directions is the certainty that those directions will always lead you to something (or someone) new.
Predictions from this terrifying instrument are the furthest thing from subtle. It’s always a hassle to use and you’re pretty sure it doesn’t want to be helpful. If your focus item isn’t just right it won’t scry at all. Then you gotta whisper your question into its crimson surface and that’s always uncomfortable. The only cool thing is watching the various holes (orifices?) rearrange themselves around the orb everytime you ask. This, of course, is immediately outweighed by the voice that answers you when you blow through it. At least they’re answers you can trust.
You almost squashed this thing when you found it living in a chest but you felt bad for the little guy. After adjusting to a beetle that size you learned that the little bugger was good at finding things. Especially people. It does seem to eat a lot of grist but that’s just a price you’re willing to pay.

When the Magic 8 Ball isn’t being frustratingly ambiguous, its forecast is always wrong. You might consider smashing it, but you are a little superstitious about whatever ominous consequences that might have even if it really is a cheap piece of garbage.
A Magic Cue Ball that makes predictions with alarming precision and specificity. Unfortunately, it lacks a portal on its surface that allows you to view the prediction. Better that way as every expedient granted by its counsel, though never instantly, comes at a price.
