P.S. At Sign off, I weigh 164 lbs 😷
P.P.S. This last week of July 2020, I've been rereading "The invention of the world" by Jack Hodgins (1977). I remember hearing Jack Hodgins read from this book when I was in First Year University (1980). I remember chipping away at the paperback when I was living on the Basement Floor of a University Residence Tower, during the Summer of 1983. I gave that paperback copy away years ago, so I bought the ebook and put it on my Kobo Reader. I like that you can increase the size of the type. Important: I remember this book, even down to the turn of phrase. Wonderful. It's like being in 1983 all over again. Best wishes, till we meet again. 💋
P.P.P.S. I was last on that Campus in 1995. Today, I looked at a Current Map and had difficulty orienting myself. So much has changed. It was like looking at a Borg Cube.
They invade our space, and we fall back. They assimilate entire worlds, and we fall back. Not again. The line must be drawn here!
P.P.P.P.S. Cheerio!

Leaving on my Flight of Fancy
... Best wishes for August ... 💋
(F 31.07.2020): This is the last RePost in this Series. This was "My Own Skin" Post #3000. I tried to make it Personal. It includes the Box I "crafted" to hold the Sand Dollar given to my Niece as Part of her Wedding Present. It includes the "fossil Brachiopod and purple velvet bag" from a store in Drumheller and a fossil Amonite from a store in Banff. It includes the Canada Centennial pin I got in Grade 1 (1967) and a Canadian Quarter with flag that I offered to send to a girl who'd visited Canada. (She had me send a picture instead.) Finally, it includes another sketch from my 1984-1985 Sketchbook. This "once Aspiring Artist" has Posted 3 Sketches to date.

(R 30.07.2020): I have a little box of "bleached, dried and nail polished" sand dollars. Now what?
On the Eve of my Departure, this is the Penultimate RePost in this Series. 😉💋

(W 29.07.2020): You know, maybe I'm coming to the End of My Time. Maybe the Quarantine has dragged me down and wore me out. I have Zero Interest in doing things like this. I don't have the Energy. I wouldn't take these Flights of Fancy: Gift Wrapped presents "with breathing holes" or packed up "Colorful box within Colourful box" like a Russian Doll. Where did that Sprite go? I've been deserted by my Whimsy. 🙁

(T 28.07.2020): I really don't know what to say. Recently, I "turned on" my Tablet to find a Tweet "Recommended for me". It was about a woman with a Master's Degree, tear-gassed at a Protest, by her own Government. Two things: (1) Twitter's AI knows me better than it should, and (2) that Paradigm Shift still hasn't arrived. 🙁

(M 27.07.2020): "One-Trick Pony" ... that would make a great Subtitle for my Memoir. How many times did I send a letter or present in a series of boxes, each smaller than the last, each wrapped in a different wrapping paper? How many times did I give away a Sketch from my Sketchbook? More than I should have. More than I would, were I to live my life over. Live and Learn
