A kiss
"Please don’t tell, Ithnan." Sheba leaned up and kissed the man quickly before averting her gaze from the other’s view. "I… I have admired you for a long time."
Brows furrowed together as Sheba began speaking in a meek tone. Before he could react, the girl’s peach lips met with his. It was a fleeting thing, only lasting but a moment, yet it was enough to have the male seriously confused. Standing there only blinking and trying to put together what just happened, he didn’t understand what she meant by the action. Admiration in the sense of looking up to? Well, it was just a peck so that seemed likely. Though, she had made it sound so secretive. That added depth to it, didn’t it?“Sheba” He simply stared at the other, unsure of what to say. “—Admired how?”

“Whoa, you really don’t know anything about love, do you?” // &Hello ・ω・
” And what do you mean with that?”
” Yes, I’m sure Ithnan. It’s the warmest and strongest feeling one can have after all.”- The magician said while patting his arms, friendly, carrying his usual smile.
Seeing the other’s sincere smile put most of his worries at ease. Even if Solomon had said before he didn’t know ‘family’ love, it seemed he believed strongly enough in it. Still, “The warmest, but is it really the strongest? Love and hate seem to go hand in hand. ”

Blink, blink. Her paces came to a hold. Silver blue hues looked around the unknown chamber. She could sense a strange atmosphere coming from this place. Where was she…? Was the question that kept occupy her mind relentlessly.
It was as dark as her own black rukh it self. She could only hear the gushing noises from her rukh. They flickered around nervously, telling her the presence from mysterious person. She frowned. This rukh from this person seemed to be familiar. Did it share something from someone she once knew or was it decided by fate it felt so familiar? She refused to believe in fate as she already cursed her own. Her soul was already devoured by darkness, even the devil itself would be shocked by the amount of darkness that lied in the woman’s heart and soul.
She heard the echoing sound of a small rock clattering through the chamber, and her eyes were immediately fixed upon a strange and unknown person. She walked with slowly footsteps to the stranger as she stood still. Her rukh told her that she knew this person somehow but who was he? Carmine lips formed a smile across her features, as she titled her head a bit to the side. ”Whom might you be~?” The Empress asked smoothly. Her voice was thick and sweet like honey, but her eyes tuned a different tone.
Going all the way out here by his lonesome had been a foolish venture. Even so, it was utterly surprising to see another person there. It was something that he couldn’t have expected.
In all honesty, he had simply found himself longing to see the building again. The resistance had grown so much now and at times it almost felt smothering. The friends he once knew were beginning to change drastically, Solomon most of all. He had begun to wish things had stayed simple instead of growing so much. The dream of the resistance had almost been realized yet he didn’t feel any different. Except more closed off. –Feeling that way was alarming, and he had sought time to ponder over everything while out here.
It seemed that all hopes of clearing his plagued thoughts were dismissed now, seeing as the carefully placed footsteps drew close. Inhaling sharply, he stood rigid, rolling his shoulders back to have his small frame appear as large as possible. He didn’t know what to expect and wanted to be ready. Yet, he was hardly prepared for such a familiar seeming face. Brows rose up in surprise seeing the woman up close. He couldn’t decide on whom, but these features were reminiscent. Amethyst hues scrolled over her again and again, trying to decipher the similarities. He had been so enveloped into the idea that he knew the woman that he barely processed her words.
Lips dipped down into a frown as he stood his ground. She stayed there, donning a simple smile but the feel of her rukh had him defensive. It was an over powering negativity that had him remembering the downbeat reasons why he came. Taking a breath, he sighed out his name as if it was a troublesome thing to answer. “Ithnan.”
He took a step back and begun to walk a wide circle around her, taking in her familiarity and garb. Her clothes didn’t resemble the church. “I’m part of Solomon’s Resistance. And yourself?” It almost seemed silly, asking someone who they were when it felt they had met before.

-Ithan! but if I do not, who will? well I’m not talking loud enough to bother you and do not think someone with your amazing powers need absolute silence.- Ugo turned again and continued writing those scrolls, speaking just him and the piece of paper in front of him
Was that to try to butter him up? Ugo always seemed to be throwing around empty praises like that. "Even if you're muttering, it grabs people's attention." Even if it was too in depth of a subject to keep him interested, it did make him curious as to just what he was writing about. Sitting down, he peered over the other's shoulder, "What are you theorizing this time anyway?"
✩rohrohs has entered
There were many kind of different religions, not all people believed in Solomon, so much he knew, but he had never heard of anything called an orthodox church. On the other hand, Rohroh certainly wasn’t well educated, and he had never been interested in other cultures too much, and therefore it wasn’t really that surprising that he didn’t know anything about these people.
He was more offended that he was apparently mistaken for some lowly monk, or something like that, seriously, that was just ridiculous. “Do I look like someone who’d waste their time with useless prayers?” Rohroh himself didn’t even believe in any gods, or at least he wouldn’t bother giving them any more attention than they deserved. These so called divine beings never gave him anything, so why would he bow down and pray to them?
Ill Ilah was the main deity every species on Alma Toran shared in common, whether they felt loved by ‘him’ or not. To hear someone brush it off so quickly hit a nerve. “You don’t really look like anyone.” Scrunching his face, he gave a quick rigid shrug of his shoulders. Whoever this was, they certainly weren’t as threatening as they were offensive. Ithnan set his staff relaxed against him.
“Are you saying you’re not religious at all?” That was something he had never asked anyone before. Of course, no one had ever said praying was useless.
solomon-the-first-king said: "Don’t feel like that……" *hugs* ((solomon likes him too XD lol *one of my main ships at least >__>" rolls away*
“Ahh… okay, Solomon.” *accepts the hug attention* ((// Oh is it? :’D Its my main ship for Ithnan *v* -ROLLS AFTER YOU- ))
The whispering green tresses draping over his shoulders caught him slightly of guard, but not nearly as much as the soft, cool lips inviting themselves upon the sensitive flesh of his earlobe. Solomon sat upright immediately, having been caught unawares. ”…what?” Time, what time it is? He thought back; had he even recalled time? Ithnan had destroyed any thoughts he’d been having. Slowly closing the book before him, Solomon pushed backwards, resting in Ithnan’s arms. “Do you know what time it is?” He found himself grinning into the mans arms. “If you keep up with this though, time just may not matter.”
An honest smile broke through his nervousness. Solomon had reacted as sly as ever, though he held no signs of being displeased. Rather, it was quite the opposite. The male leaned his weight against him, his warmth going through him. Up until that point, it was just something that Ithnan could only imagine. Keeping his gaze separate from the others still, he moved slightly to take another breath, calming his nerves. "Oh, is that so?” If his face wasn’t in view his voice could continue betraying his conspicuous anxious expression. “What would you have me do then?” A hand snaked over onto his shoulders, proceeding to massage the stiffness away. Solomon would sit for hours unmoving, drawn into his studies. Rubbing them had to give them some relief. “If time wasn’t of the essence?”

Letting out a small chuckle as the taller male lazily reacted to his push, he relaxed back to his usual state, pushing thoughts of the resistance and such away for the time being. Though he felt sheepish then as the other mentioned Arba. Had it really been that noticeable? He was just training more with her, talking about the future and the way things were headed. In fact it was mostly because of her he felt like he was slipping with his grasp on reading. “Ah..sorry if you’ve felt neglected because of it.” He idly chewed on the inside of his cheek, “Everyone else must feel the same." He didn’t want to end up singling others out; that would do no good.
Swapping his books from one arm to the other, he finally smiled with his usual haughty nature, allowing himself to take the lead in the direction of the building they now lived in. “Well alright then, lets head back so i can drop these things off. As far as details go, you haven’t really been missing much of anything. The clans are beginning to form a bit better and everyone is doing there best in helping them in any ways we can." He smiled just thinking about the unities. "Everyone seems like they’re cooperating well. Though i haven’t heard much from the regions farther east."
Crossing a familiar road, he nodded to some of the passerby’s as they called out to the pair. “Can you see the changes taking place yet Ithnan? I hope we can move faster with the resistance. There’s still too many corrupted magicians.”
Letting the subject dissipate, he hastily quelled his nerves and followed after the other. After he had put his own word in, Solomon easily let discussions like that drop. There was no use in continuing it on after that.
Walking along, everyone was elated to see their leader again, waving and calling out to the two of them. Ithnan waited until the other had finished, taking in each word he was saying.
“Of course I can, we’ve made bonds in over three fourths of the world now. There’s not many places for the Orthodox Church to hide, I’m sure it won’t be long till we have a final outing with them.” Rather, it won’t be long until they run into the head of body, Elder David. That was a controversial subject, especially considering who he was speaking to. “All the different species have really taken a liking to you and trust what you’re saying.” He ended on a lighter note.

The aura of the woman had a certain edge. It was hard to say why that was. It was reminiscent to the feel of the Orthodox magicians and it put him in awareness. Crossing his arms, he stared her down, “You’re awfully close to our base.”
