brickjojojo:
“Probably someone who didn’t want it anymore. Or is trying to pull a prank on whoever takes it.” He offered, though he couldn’t be certain.
Cindy took another look at the shampoo. “It seems to be for a girl. I don’t know what exactly happened, but thank for the suggestion. My name is Cindy Vortex. What is your name?” Cindy asked him.
boonejojojo:
“What? Let me see!” He was certain it wouldn’t be his shampoo, but he needed to be 100% sure. It wasn’t out of the question that he would forget something like that behind. “Oh, no. That’s not mine. Maybe they’ll come back for later. Also, hi. I’m Boone.”
“This isn’t really my job to do this, but I would just like this to be returned to its rightful owner. My name is Cindy Vortex. And it’s a pleasure to meet you, Boone. It’s a nice name.” Cindy replied.
gingcrfoutley:
“Ooh, tea,” Ginger cooed – not quite sure if she was using ‘tea’ correctly. She was kind of bad at seeming cool. “You have beef with one of your classmates? I’m kinda jealous, my life is pretty boring.”
“That would be great. Maybe there could be some holiday drinks that can be available in the store or vending machine soon. Well, his name is Jimmy Neutron, but I just call him either Neutron or Nerdtron. I wish my life was boring.” Cindy said with a laugh. “But no, this guy always has to try to destroy Retroville on a daily routine with his new inventions.” Cindy replied.
“Alright, who left their shampoo in the communal shower?” Cindy Vortex asked the other people. She had seen some other items that weren’t already claimed yet, and she had just recently arrived here, so she didn’t know where the lost and the found is.
gingcrfoutley:
“Oh – I’m Ginger. You work at Inkblot, right? I’ve seen you there,” she nodded in the girl’s direction. “The holiday rush must be crazy stressful – hats off to you.” She could only compare it to what midterm season was like working in the student center, but slinging coffee was way stressier in her opinion than managing study sessions.
“Oh, that’s a really pretty name. Yes, I do work there. I’ve seen you working at the student center. I just wasn’t sure what your name is. It’s a lot less stressful than getting annoyed at a certain arrogant show-off who seems to think that he’s smarter than me. Thank you. I wish that they would give more drinks around here.” Cindy answered. She pondered over what that egotistical Nerdtron is up to right now.
who: open!
where: the student center
On the center’s less-busy days, Ginger found herself cleaning up behind students who left food wrappers, pencil shavings, and plastic cups after they’d gone from their study sessions. Weekends were less busy, but those that did come weren’t any cleaner than the ones during the week. She held a half-empty iced coffee from Inkblot to her nose. “I see the seasonal drinks are out,” she said aloud to no one in particular. That one smelled particularly of chestnut praline.
Cindy looked over at the girl. “That’s too bad. I’ll let the manager know that. My name is Cindy Vortex. It’s a pleasure to meet you. What is your name?” Cindy asked the girl.
