fictionkinconfessions has a page dedicated to listing those types of blogs, and while a lot of them are not active you can still look through them.

i’d like to note to anyone else that this blog isnt really active anymore, left to one mod. as ive stated in previous posts (a while ago…) i will make a post for new mods to get this blog up and running again, but for now, most asks will not be answered unless they’re about the blog itself, modding, etc.. (ill probably make the mod thing soon if i get around to it actually)

are you accepting new mods, or are you planning on staying as a single mod?

as of now, i do have the plans to accept new mods– but i haven’t found the motivation (so to speak) or put aside time to make the whole post announcing it. i do apologize for that; i do seem to struggle with even the simpler things like that (sadly that’s obvious with my negligence of this blog)… but all in all, yes, anon, i do plan to accept new mods and as soon as i make up the post i’ll obviously be sure to announce it.

who in ur canon have you found?

ah, well, assuming you mean me (I’m the only admin here after all), I haven’t exactly found anyone in my canon… mostly because I haven’t went looking. The thing is, Dovewing is one of my kintypes that, while I still identify as her and feel like she is under the definition of a kintype– it rests almost solely on strong emotion and feeling rather than actual tangible memories (unlike… say, Kylo Ren and Viinturuth; both are kintypes and both are ones I have strong memories from). 

So, while I can try and piece together memories and recollections of my canon, it’ll probably be difficult and my social anxiety might prove to be a problem in actually trying and make friends with anyone from my canon ;; whatever your intention, i do appreciate you asking, though !

@pearsnose I’m afraid I don’t know anyone who is kin specifically of Appledusk/Reedshine, but I can link you to a few blogs that may help you find them! kincalling and canon-calls are two that I know are pretty active. Fictionkinfessions has a promo tag that has a few kin/canon call blogs you can look at. Sorry I wasn’t able to provide anyone particular but I hope you succeed in finding them and are able to reconcile with them !

On an additional note, the anon who asked for a list of cats that are “very sensitive, shy and anxious” will be answered soon, I just want to make sure that the list is lengthy or at least accurate enough to provide a bit of help. ^^

sorry for not responding yesterday when you sent this ! I haven’t read Goosefeather’s Curse so I’m trying to go off what I see of Doestar’s character and personality! I also apologize if I made this too lengthy or was a bit weird with it– I evidently haven’t done one of these in a while. (I’m also trying to decide what to do with this blog)

Doestar, don’t be dishearted because of your early death (of your last life). In the earlier times of Swiftpaw going missing, you reassured Flashnose she would be found and returned. Small details like that make leaders such as you out to be compassionate and confident. (which is needed in even the minor emergencies such as Swiftpaw’s momentary disappearance) Furthermore, you had a strong trust in Goosepaw/feather which wasn’t unfounded. When he came to you with the vision of battling cats, despite some possible reluctance, you sent Pineheart and another patrol to ensure Squirrelwhisker’s patrol’s safety.

During the beginning of leaf-bare, you were generous. You valued the well-being of the rest of your clan, declining prey with the intention of saving it for the queens. That leaf-bare was a difficult one for Thunderclan and despite your worry spiking up from time to time, you stressed not having any other cat worry. This arguably had some flaws but your intentions were not wrong or a trait of bad leadership. You kept a strong confidence in Thunderclan and its warriors throughout thick and thin and even in the face of death and illness, you didn’t want any other cat to lose their stride. In my eyes, you, as Doestar, was one of the best leaders Thunderclan had.

blog update

hi everyone! it’s mod bee, or ivy, if you prefer.

over the past couple of months almost all of the mods have left this blog, besides myself and one other person. i haven’t read any books released past the sun trail, and have been out of touch with the wckin community for a while, and so i’ve been unable to offer any positivity for the people asking. as a result, i will also be leaving this blog.

i’m sorry to anyone that we couldn’t help over the time we’ve been here; i wish you all the best of luck. you can contact me @mooseling-child should you need me!

ahh thank you!!! im definitely oriented around personality with my kintypes. +passionate, empathetic, emotional. -anxious, prone to fight, or sometimes just hard to get to know. I feel like id be a good fighter but id rather not fight unless provoked

aaa I'm scared I have too many kins,, I already know I'm ivypool and tigerstar, but Im questioning ashfur, bluestar, graystripe, and lots more :( what do I do?? I can't tell if I'm really them or not and even then I'm scared I'll be judged for having too many (not to mention that I identify most with the most problematic ones....)

i don’t really know what to tell you. maybe taking a step back from the kin community and giving yourself some time to reflect on your personal identity would help? i did this and i feel a lot calmer about my kintypes now. if anyone else has any advice, feel free to reblog and add on! i’m sorry i wasn’t a lot of help >.<

Hi!! I'm very confused. I'm trying to figure out who my kin is. I know it's a she-cat and the cat was/is very sweet yet strong. She was/is also pretty young. Any ideas on what my kin is? I think it's Cinderpelt or Bluestar.

hi! a few cats that come to mind that are sweet, strong, and quite young other than cinderpelt/bluestar are Feathertail, Spottedleaf, Honeyfern. 

is there anything else that you remember that will help? (like clan, appearance, rank, etc.)

calico cats are usually white with large brown and orange spots, while tortoiseshells are normally completely brown and orange!

Most of the calicoes you listed were Tortoiseshells.
