“Well it’s my major so I really have to love it. What’s your major?“
“I’m a sociology major. I love figuring out how people think.” Wendy admitted with a small smile. “I want to work with kids one day--they are fascinating little buggers.”

“Well it’s my major so I really have to love it. What’s your major?“
“I’m a sociology major. I love figuring out how people think.” Wendy admitted with a small smile. “I want to work with kids one day--they are fascinating little buggers.”
Belle saw the girl walking down the hallway. She carried in her hand a small box of donuts she went out and bought from the bakery right as they opened. She knew the girl probably could use one. “Learning the hard way that morning classes suck?” She joked as she approached Wendy. “Fancy a donut?” Belle offered as she held out the box towards the sleepy girl.
Brightening at the girl with the food, Wendy grinned at her new companion. “Best thing I’ve seen all morning!” She exclaimed, her english accent coming out thicker than usual in her haste. “Trust me I’ll never sign up for one again. It’s worse than the semester I had night classes.” She sighed dramatically, taking a donuts from the kind stranger and closing her eyes as she bit into it--savoring the taste.
“oh, come on!” piped up the always bubbly bo peep, “it’s a beautiful morning. a smoothie, fresh air, and some exercise will do you good when you’re up this early.”
The small brunette wrinkled her nose at the bubbly blonde in front of her. “What is it with people here? Are you all morning people or what?” She sighed heavily, standing up and waving her hands to indicate that exercise was not what she needed nor wanted. “I think I’ll just try this all again tomorrow...who really cares about the first day of classes anyway?”
“Think you can thank good ol’ Mister Sun for that one!” James stopped mid-stroll to impart this ‘wisdom’. He smiled, adding: “It’s good to be up this early anyways, get to see the world at it’s most bright and beautiful, buckle up, we’ll make an early bird of you yet!”
Wendy looked up from the window seat she had perched on to wait for her professor to come and open the door to let them all in. “Or my advisor. He seems to think this isn’t a form of torture.” She muttered bitterly. Of course she didn’t have to agree with his suggestions but passing the blame was easier. “Are you insane or have you just had way too much coffee?”
“I don’t mind them that much, but I do love late classes more too. Gives me time to dance in the morning. “ Elsa said softly.
“Dance? I wish I could dance. My mum tried to sign me up for it when I was little but it never took. Can’t tell my left from my right I suppose.”
“It’s not that bad of a morning, right?” Faline asked, looking at the obviously tired other beside her. “Is it raining outside? That can make things a hell of a lot worse.”
Wendy frowned, knowing the other girl was right but still feeling as if she could fall asleep at any moment. “I just didn’t sleep well--up daydreaming and what not.” She admitted, allowing a smile to come to her face. “It’s pretty sunny though, although it’s hot as hades out there.”
“C’mon, c’mon! Class is about to start– we can’t miss it!”
“You’re quite chipper to get to class.” Wendy laughed at the blonde, shaking her head. “I’d rather be in bed.”
A general moodboard.
“Look, you don’t have to talk to me about the flyer but if you could at least take the flyer, that’d be great.”
“No, I mean it looks really interesting...I just wasn’t sure if you were talking to me or not.”
“Who invented mornings and why am I up this early?” Wendy mumbled to herself as she walked down the hall. She knew signing up for that 8 am was a terrible idea.
James looked blankly at his lecturer. “I was supposed to bring a pen?! I thought this was a practical class…” He said weakly.
Wendy laughed at the guy next to her, before leaning over and holding out a purple pen. “It may not be the best color..but looks like your in need regardless, mate.”
