I still think about a lot of you and times we shared when we were younger and I always try to send out some good vibes for you.

I am a mother now

I go to therapy

I left my career

I’ve been in a car accident

I moved into a rental home with my fiancé

I was maid of honor in satansved s (Ali) wedding

My sweet boy Kiwi passed away

I’ve let my natural color grow out and with it my grey hairs

I make and sell baked goods

I almost didn’t make it through the birth of my child

My child had to spend weeks in a hospital hours away from our home after she was born

I’m a hippy that stays informed and questions authority everyday

I still listen to all the music I used to blog about and have gotten my fiancé hooked on all of it, which is fun because I can info dump on him about bands all the time

We saw Lamb Of God and Pantera last year

It has been ten years this month since I met Corey Taylor

My blog is 13 years old.

talking to my dad is a freaking minefield. Today at dinner I asked him if he’d ever been to New York City in the 90′s and he was like, “nope. Only in the 70′s to donate blood for my mom in the hospital while she was dying from leukemia.” I swear I didn’t even know my grandmother had leukemia (may she rest in peace). This is worse than the time I asked him if he’d ever had riding lessons and he said, “not since my childhood lesson pony burned to death in a barn fire in Kentucky.”

he just did it again! I was making small talk while we were carrying in the groceries like, “yeah I have a taser in my purse but I’ve never gotten to use it,” and he goes, “I’ve been tasered before it’s not fun. Neither was waterboarding.”
