Nick Fury visits Clint on his farm on his way to Europe. Nick cooks Clint’s homegrown veggies and appreciates Clint’s attempts at shirtless mechanics on the old truck while Clint enjoys finally having somebody to share his new home with as well as the constant reminder that Nick is in fact alive and still with him. They both know that it can’t last that as soon as Nick is fully recovered he’ll head to Europe and that it’s only a matter of time before Clint is called up to help the rest of the Avengers but domestic bliss is a rare commodity in their lives and they’ll take it where they can get it. 

"Stop by Hawkeye’s house. Have a meal. Talk to him. See the kids."
