Feeling lost In the sea of life?

 Adolescence is an inevitable phase of life. We all undergo on teenage years. Sometimes we feel so different and not understood by people. There are times that we can’t even understand ourselves but we assure you, that’s normal and everything will be alright, you’ll be fine.

What are the challenges that you might encounter during Adolescence period?

Knowing yourself It has been really hard to know yourself especially in this phase. Mood swings, changes in interests, attitude, preferences and opinions are normal. You might feel different but know that you are knowing yourself more, you are being YOU. Emotional intelligence Knowing yourself can impact your emotional intelligence a lot. Indeed, teenage life is a roller coaster of emotions and the way you handle your emotions measures your emotional intelligence. Personal Relationships During this phase, We encounter people that will be either blessings or lessons. Some people that you meet are just temporary. It is true that you may lose lots of friends during this time and it’s okay because YOU ARE GROWING. Romantic relationships are also normal and very usual.

PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP

 All for Love

 I met a transferee boy when I was in grade ten. I didn’t care for him at first because he was just a transferee, but my friend approached him because she wanted a new friend, and she suggested that we should become friends. As the day progressed, I continued to avoid approaching him until my friend took my phone to play a game with four of us, at that point we first approached each other. Some other day our teacher needs help to cut out some papers and we volunteer to help. After cutting papers we really get closer. We became friends and we are always together with our friends. Months later he confessed and ask me if he can court me. He always walks me home and he always there for me whenever I go. At first I hesitate to him due to my trust issues but later on I still accept him.

 After how many months we have field trip to attend and when we are in amusement park, that was the time that I said yes to him. He is very different person, I love how sweet and clingy he is and I never imagined that we can be a couple. Time passes and we celebrate our anniversary, a lot of problems and challenges we encountered. We never fight when it comes to girls or boys because we know that we are enough to each other. The most fight we have is that he lied to me. He attends a party that he previously said he will not join. I was surprised that he was angry with me despite the fact that it was his fault. That battle put us both to the test because we both said hurtful things to each other, but I eventually approached him and apologized. He, too, expressed regret. Now we are still together and creating happy memories.

Elaboration

This describes trust and joy in emotion in Aaliya’s personal relationship. Joy because she didn’t expect to have feelings for this man because of trust issues from her past, but this boy made her believe that he isn’t like other boys who would make her weep and break, and he proved it to Aaliya, and that is why Aaliya’s happy now because of this boy. Trust because all relationships need that to make them stronger and healthier. She expressed her indignation because the boy lied to her about something, which caused them to battle. However, they realized that fighting was not the solution to the things they didn’t like about each other, so after they fought, they apologized to each other and spoke about the things they didn’t like and trust each other more.

What does this Imply?

A lot of people look down on love between young people they think that it they are just playing and not serious about it but various couples prove that there is no age for real love they know that loving someone is a responsibility and it is a everyday challenge that might nurture you and make you a better person but it can also make you bad since teenage break-ups can drastically change a person. True love among teens is very rare, It is hard to tell if they are in love or it is just hormones either way i think you should always do you think what makes you happy as long as you are not offending or hurting everyone.

You are growing up. The kid that used to be hurt just by loss of candies now cries over relationships. Knowing yourself is the best way to get through the challenges that you might encounter during this period.

Some tips for a happy teenage life

Here are some tips for a happy teenage life 

1. Know yourself well. Know your best coping strategies to handle your emotions. 

2. Explore freely. Some things might really hurt you but remember that the things that hurt you badly will be the greatest teachers of your life. 

3. Do not invest too much on people. Not all people deserves the same energy. Focus on yourself. 

4. Change your mindset. Set goals for yourself and make the most out of your teenage life.
