Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer, network, or telephone connection malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. âAuthorized account holderâ is defined as the person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Prize(s) are provided on an âas isâ basis, without any warranty of any kind. Prize(s) are non-transferable. Prizewinner is responsible for any and all applicable fees, service charges, surcharges or federal, state, or local taxes, if any. If the Prize or the Prize notification is returned as undeliverable or any non-compliance with the Official Rules or failure to respond within the applicable time period, it will result in forfeiture of the Prize(s) and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries received. Prize(s) will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. All taxes and all other expenses, costs or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of winner(s), including but not limited to ongoing product fees. Prize cannot be transferred by winner or redeemed for cash and is valid only for the services detailed above, with no substitution of prize by winner. DRAWINGS/NOTIFICATION:Â Within 72 hours of the end of the Sweepstakes Period, weeSpring will conduct nine random drawings from all eligible entries and notify winners. For each of the nine (9) products listed above, weeSpring shall identify which users created a new Want during the Sweepstakes Period. Each user with a new Want for one of the products listed above in Section 2 will be given one entry into a random drawing to win the associated product. Each product will have its own random drawing and one randomly selected entrant will win the prize associated with that product (see section on prizes) for details. Once a user has won a random drawing for one product, that user is ineligible to win other products in conjunction with this sweepstakes. The final determinations of the Sweepstakes winner will be made by sponsors in their sole discretion and such determination shall be final and binding. The JAMS Rules for selection of an arbitrator shall be followed, except that the arbitrator shall be experienced and licensed to practice law in the state of New York.
