Wow, this one is long! Here are my thoughts regarding Bracelet's feelings:
Bracelet's feelings is unpredictable and subtle that even Apollo rarely notices (mostly because they just a blinking bracelet and couldn't speak)
Bracelet only cares about being safe with its current owner. For the previous owner (Thalassa), they may wondering about the other bracelet but don't have capable to "bond" with human, so they just continue living with Apollo without grief.
Bracelet can sense aura, especially from a person whose always living in fear, malevolent and malicious intent. Unfortunately, it's difficult to warn an oblivious owner. In defence, they glare and stare at that person with knowing eyes. (Unless that person have nothing to fear and simply wants to poke bracelet's eyes, then it's useless.)
Other than stare defensively, Bracelet can also stare with interest and curiosity. They feels curious against someone with similar knowledge or ability.
Bracelet can be interested against someone with strong sense of integrity and justice. They just stare in long and intense way. (Or it's just because someone is attractive and it's pleasing to look at. Again, the Bracelet's feelings is unpredictable.)
Sorry for awkward grammar, I'm having trouble to decide either to use singular or plural nouns for this damn bracelet.
