Being in New York right now is so magical there’s billboards for lover all over Times Square, every newsstand has a copy of Vogue staring at you, and all the swifties who are visiting are in Taylor merch. I’m running into mutuals on the street like they’re my neighbors I love it so so much

Here’s a pic of me aka metballswift on the rooftop of the Met this past summer! I was really nervous to wear this romper bc it had a cutout and over the past year I gained some weight due to my depression. But I’m really happy that I decided to wear it and I’ve learned not to care so much about how my body looks and be more confident in who I am. Also I started going to therapy and I feel so much better in who I am now. I don’t normally post things like this and I don’t like to talk about when I’m feeling poorly but I wanted to thank @taylorswift for always being there for me even when I was in my darkest times. There was a time in my life where I felt like the only thing I was able to look forward too was being able to see her in concert and her music has never failed to make me smile when I was feeling down. I love you lots taylor and I can’t wait to support you in this next era and to finally sing I’m doing better than I ever was and actually mean it. ♥️

I made this post a few months back and reading this in Taylor’s Elle feature today made me so happy. Even though Taylor is one of the most famous people in the world and she feels so different from me sometimes it’s nice to know that we go through the same things and experience the same emotions.

A few things you can’t “spell” “Bailey” (that’s ME!) without me: • Loving my friends and girlfriend • Seeing the same Broadway shows 40 times (cough, Waitress) • Devouring vegan burgers • Drinking oat milk lattes • Listening to Taylor Swift & Sara Bareilles • Playing Pokémon • Tweeting and deleting
