Today I got home from dinner

I hadn’t eaten anything all day before that

But I had sushi and shared food with my friends

I tried to purge for the first time

I couldn’t do it

It made me feel like more sick than if I had

Because now I’m sick and a coward

No this isn’t my attempt at bad poetry this is just how my mind is thinking right now

Tips to get ur mind off food!

-DIET SODA, makes me feel so full best hack ever

-gum

-if it’s somewhere outside home(like school/work) busy yourself with other tasks and homework

-sleep

-online shop

-get thinspo from Pinterest

-go on a walk with headphones

-do a non food activity with ur friends

-get ready for nothing

-read

Wiat trying to lose weight!

Breakfast: cold brew(~5)

Lunch: nothing

Dinner: lobster roll(too scared to count how many these cals are)

Also went for a 1 hour walk!

Breakfast: 1/2 a bagel (~170)

Lunch: nothing

Snack: diet Dr Pepper (~0)

Dinner: French fries (~450)

Dessert: Candy (~470)

Had a massive stomach ache after the candy and it was really bad how much I ate.

Also I didn’t work out but I am a camp counselor and am walking around and stuff all day in the heat…—does anybody know how many active calories you burn from that ???????
