Welcome to Sub-Sector Decius, part of a larger protectorate on the fringes of the Imperium. Under the jurisdiction of its Rogue Trader, this region enjoys more leisurely lifestyles, less stringent laws, and attempts to foster non-hostile relations with neighbouring Xenos, under careful scrutiny.
Governess Alicia Strom: 1,911lbs (All over fat. Feedee. Governess of Sub-sector Decius. Loves being fat and stuffed. Technically almost 100, but her body is in her 60s, due to light rejuvenation treatment that makes her look a bit less old. Is easily flustered by flirting, but enjoys it greatly. Has white hair and wears gold earrings with rubies studded into each.)
Lieutenant Mira Krieg: 240lbs (Mixture of muscle weight and fat, sporting a thick hourglass figure. Feeder. Married to Lady Marina, dedicated to feeding and protecting her wife. A proud member of the Deathkorps of Krieg. Something of a poster-girl to be kept away from frontline fighting, in an attempt to help dispel certain stereotypes about the regiment. She very much still shows said stereotypes, however. Has a playful rivalry with Dela.)
Lady Marina Equaté: 822lbs (Mostly belly, feedee. Important Noble from Terra, sent to be something of a liaison between Terra and Decius, though she doesn't really need to do much. Married to Mira. Embraces Decius traditions of Weight Gain, purely for cultural reasons of course!)
Lance Corporal Frieda Stürm: 1,932lbs (Belly and butt heavy, feedee. Another Krieger, sent over to assist Mira in learning how the Guard and Culture work in the Sub-Sector. Like Mira, she still shows off the Krieger stereotypes, even more than Mira. She is training with the local Guard to learn how to utilise her growing weight best.)
Sergeant Major Dela Thack: 250lbs (All muscle. Catachan Sergeant of the 313th Regiment, sent to see what all the fuss is about over the Sub-Sector. Very stereotypically Catachan, brash, blunt and loves to show off. Being in Decius has awakened strong feeder tendancies in her, as she uses her vast strength to carry fatties around when she's done stuffing them~)
Commissar Lord Destia: 1,033lbs (Hyper Hourglass shape figure. Helps to ensure her troops are up to plump regulations, and sets an example with her own weight. Can be rather flirty/sultry with those who want her fatter.)
Rogue Trader Charlotta von Adelgard: 3,223lbs (Belly-heavy figure. Inherited the Warrant of Trade for the wider Sector of which Sub-Sector Decius is the crown system. Former Adeptus Arbites Marshal. Her figure may be softer, but her love of Justice and upholding the Lex Imperialis has not! Her faithful Cyber Mastiff, Waffles, is always at her side, ready to apprehend any heretics and criminals! Age and softness has led her to become more indulgent, making her more... amicable than her serving Arbites peers. Offer her food, if you're feeling brave~)
Seneschal Perdita Malaise: 205lbs (All over slightly chubby build. Bleach Blonde hair, slightly purple tinted blue eyes. Ever so faithful and dutiful Seneschal and advisor to Rogue Trader Von Adelguard, Perdita is very much a stereotypical Yes-Woman type. She serves her Lady loyally, but is also in her job for the powerful position and the private access to the beautiful Rogue Trader~ She is a major reason for Charlotta's enormous surge in weight over the decades she has been by her side, and is always encouraging her excess, gluttony and laziness~ Feeder.)
Inquisitor Alissa Mephala: 788lbs (Mostly butt and thighs. Has black hair with white streaks in it (Inquisitor work is stressful). Hopelessly addicted to chocolate. She is of the Ordo Xenos, though she has dealt with things outside of that, as most Inquisitors do in their line of work. In a relationship with Farseer Serinia, which is 100% sanctioned and approved. "It's only Heresy if I lose, and I won't lose".)
Water Balloon Alissa: 28,104lbs (Alissa filled with tons of water, a huge blob of a water balloon. Sloshes loudly a lot, especially when played with.)
Living Saint Justinia: 440lbs (All over fat. Smol former Battle Sister of the Order of the Hallowed Chalice, who loves food and having her head patted. 4ft 4" tall. Loves cookies. Loves cuddling people, her hugs can heal any injury, mental or physical.)
Hospitalier Matron Edwina: 831lbs (All over fat, very soft cuddles. A very motherly inclined Matron working at one of the Sister Hospitalier facilities on Decius Prime. Likes to pamper and feed people.)
Tech Priestess Ophelia: 943lbs (Belly and butt heavy. Of the Magos Biologis division. Possesses numerous mechadendrites sprouting from her back mostly. Fascinated and obsessed with fat and weight gain, trying to unlock the potential of it. Using herself as her own test subject. Worships the mighty toaster, and other kitchen appliances.)
Munch: 10,045lbs (All over fat blob. Unique Tyranid Genestealer variant that has evolved to be fat and friendly. Looks more human in her face, but her body is still very much Genestealer styled. Very friendly, likes being petted and fed. Can only say the word Munch in standard Gothic.)
Gordalia: Infinite Weight (All over fat. Warp Goddess of Obesity and Slob. Widely regarded to be the Daughter of Slaanesh. Youngest of the Warp Gods, can be playful at times.)
Medela the Plump: 5,288lbs (All over fat. Has fiery red and orange hair, in a messy style. Champion of Gordalia, has her fellow cultists spread obesity across the sub-sector. Once a lowly miner of a penal colony outside the sector, she was broken free and blessed by her Patron Goddess to thrive off of the obesity and decadence in the Sector.)
Blooba: Infinite Weight. (Minor Warp Goddess of Blueberries. Has a rivalry with Gordalia, but is generally much happier and more benevolent by comparison. She is obsessed with Aeldari, hence why she has one as her Champion.)
Ellandor Pious: (Emperor's Children Mortician, creating his idea of the perfect mortal reflection of Gordalia, using DNA from Medela. Always likes a chat about his work, life and the universe. Quite philosophical. Has a very smooth, honeyed voice.)
Farseer Serinia: 322lbs (Mostly belly. Eldar Farseer who has fallen to the temptations of food. She was once of a Craftworld that travelled through the Sector in peace, until a Warp Rift was opened and split it in two. Now she wanders in search of safe harbour, unexpectedly finding it in Sub-Sector Decius! In a relationship with Inquisitor Mephala.)
Country Serinia: 3,234lbs (Mostly belly. Cowgirl version of Serinia, taking her horse to the...Craftworld road? Very proud of her weight, loves eating. Can be gassy on occasion as well. Speaks with a very thick cowboy/country accent.)
Blueberry Serinia: 2,335,912lbs (Round Blueberry blob. After being briefly tempted by Blooba during a breach in the Veil, she began to inflate thanks to the Goddess's blessing, and hasn't stopped swelling since. Growing brings her great pleasure. Eating blueberries makes her grow and leak juice. Champion of Blooba, who protects her from the likes of Slaanesh. Her juice can make others into blueberries.)
Ambassador Tarina: 999lbs (All boobs. Tau Water Caste Ambassador, genetically engineered to have colossal breasts to entice more humans to the Greater Good. Very flirty, likes humans. Her chest makes anime bouncing sounds when she walks.)
Overseer Aeonar: 4,512lbs (All over fat blob. Leader of the T'au Flab Caste, an offshoot of the T'au faction dedicated to enjoying life and the food within it. They are in the process of merging into Decius as an official enclave. No longer following the Greater Good, giving them frosty relations with the main T'au faction.)
Overlord Estaria the Ever-Gluttonous: 8,502lbs (Female Necron Overlord. All over fat blob. Her Necrodermis simulates soft fat, something of a unique "quirk" of hers. Thinks that eating will help one day bring back her senses of taste and smell. She has tried modifying her own base code, but has only unlocked the ability to grow "fat" off of organic food.)
Sanctioned Psyker Meredith: 1,066lbs (Imperial Psyker whose weight is affected by the stability of the Warp. When it is stable, she is less fat, when it is unstable or clouded, she is enormous. Somewhat insane, communicates only by shouting ala Dawn of War. Is cared for by her handler, who makes sure she eats and drinks enough.)
