Since the whole #FreeTheNipple thing doesn't seem to be getting very far, I'd like to suggest an alternative movement.
#CageTheNipple.
Essentially, it's a compromise. The movement accepts that since our society is still currently working through the whole 'Victorian Attitudes to Sexuality and the Female Body' thing, we can keep the idea that female nipples are for some reason inherently sexual and therefore Sinful and Damaging. The tradeoff is that we apply the same thing to male ones.
From now on, men have to wear clothes that cover their chests. Yes, even while swimming. Yes, ideally even as children— it's never too early to start sexualising our youth, and it's time boys stopped missing out so much on what is clearly a healthy and normal manifestation of our society's attitude to the human body and sexuality in general.
Topless men will be allowed in media, but only if their chests are pixelated so as to avoid arousing Lustful Thoughts.
Questions as to why men have to cover up a random part of their bodies for no good reason will be answered solely by women saying things like "well, I suppose it's okay to get my vagina out then?" Comments on how this is completely missing the point can expect to be ignored.
Men who go topless in public will be arrested for public indecency, but they will be permitted to wear tight clothes that give a rough idea of what their chests actually look like, on the condition that women be allowed to openly judge them and potentially Shout Loudly at them in public.
All men will be encouraged to feel ashamed of their chests as much as possible, but at the same time to live in a society where many people see having an attractive chest as the most important thing about them.
What do you think, gentlemen? Sound fair?

oh wow!
Wear masks to protect others, it’s the honorable thing to do. If they don’t work, then at least your honor is intact.
