Back to work today! After a vacation that ended with a work trip I'm feeling great. Some time off was really necessary to get myself back on track and thinking positively. Every day I'm going to find reasons to feel good. I told my therapist today that im going to own positivity and use that to become a new man. Yup. There it is. Sometimes you gotta evaluate where you are and learn how to understand yourself and your world better.
