Since this (very good) system is comparing alignment to celestial bodies, would voidian/voidarian/voidic be a black hole?
YES! I like it!! (I really should create a flag for this identity, i feel like it would be grayscale maybe? Idk…)
I like this idea! But that one hasn’t caught on, so I’m proposing an alternative:
Singularian.
(Singularian/Singulaian/Singularic)
There are two definitions for singularity: the state, fact, quality, or condition of being singular; and a point at which a function takes an infinite value, especially in space-time when matter is infinitely dense, as at the center of a black hole.
The name already implies exactly how singular the identity is, and that’s useful, as pretty and aesthetically pleasing as voidian/voidarian/voidic sound, and besides, gendervoid is already an identity. (Although, ironically, it would likely be able to fit under singularianism.)
Some people have asked me, “how is stellarian any different? the whole point of a stellunaric identity is to reject alignment, right?” Yes, and no.
I see stellarianism as more of a neutral ground. Think of the structure of an atom; there are protons with a positive charge, electrons with a negative charge, and neutrons, which have no charge at all, and most importantly, are able to coexist with particles that do have charges.
This comes especially in handy for bigender/trigender/etc. people who have one static gender and one fluid and/or flux gender.
Singularianism, by definition, cannot have ties to other gender identities or alignments. It’s not neutral, either; it can only be described on a plane of existence entirely separate from the gender binary, galactian trinary, or what-have-you.
If you identify as singularian, you reject any and all ties to binary genders without exception. I haven’t exactly worked out the whole mechanic of this identity yet, but I’d say it’s possible to be singularflux and not singularfluid, or if singularfluid, perhaps only ever fluid between singularianism and stellunarianism–again, I’m not sure if that’s how things are going to work, I know some people will not be satisfied with a term that can bend itself a little in any way. I’m just not sure how much this term should/shouldn’t accommodate those people yet.
I really do like voidian/voidarian/voidic, though, and I think those can be more aesthetic-related terms that fit under the umbrella of singularianism.
This wouldn’t technically be one of the galactian alignments; I’m going to call it the galactian anomaly, or galactian field in case the first one implies singularian identities are “weird” or “abnormal.” Use whichever one you prefer.
It keeps the entire galactian system rooted down firmly in the concept of alignment, and at the same time, cannot be defined by any of its sibling identities’ rules.
I would rather let a “special snowflake” into the autistic community than exclude an autistic that needs support and cannot get a clinical diagnosis. I would rather validate ten “special snowflakes” than invalidate one autistic who needs support and cannot get a clinical diagnosis.
I would rather welcome a hundred “special snowflakes” without question than force an autistic to disclose their entire life to me just to get the support they need when they cannot get a clinical diagnosis.
I would rather help those that don’t need help, than deny help to those that need it.
and tbh? the vast majority of those people do need help, even if theyre wrong about what exactly they need help for. it is very, very unlikely that a neurotypical would genuinely believe they are autistic. they are probably what we sometimes call an “autistic cousin”-someone who has a disorder with symptoms that are like those exhibited by autistic people. people with ocd, adhd, anxiety, and many other disorders.
these people may not be autistic, but they still need the help that the autistic community can provide. and in the very rare case that someone who is entirely neurotypical thinks theyre autistic? theyre not hurting anyone. refer to the op.
Hello I’m gay
this is what a True Ally looks like…
Listen if you wanna talk about the transphobia in the drag community lets talk about it. If you wanna address how rupauls and his show have encouraged this transphobia we can talk. If you wanna talk about the transphobia within that show specifically and how that has altered mainstream drag then we can. Or if you wanna talk about transphobia side connected to drag like people thinking trans women are all drag queens we can. but what youre not gonna do is sit up here and erase and misgender the trans women who are and were drag queens from the start of drag till now. Yall are not gonna sit up here and say drag is a “making fun of womanhood” or “just men in wigs” because that’s absolutely wrong to say. (Black) trans women have worked too damn hard to create something that we use a means of survival and safe expression for you court jesters to come up on this internet and say that dumb shit.
Just some problems I’ve been having lately haha
Friendly reminder that your identity is valid at any point in your life. Being fluid doesn’t make you a fake.
how do you draw space?
Assuming you’re asking about night skies,
i convinced my boyfriend to make a fursona so he’s a pupper
there’s a big difference between “food waste” as in “farmers destroy tons of food to avoid exceeding quotas” or “supermarkets throw away this much edible food because it doesn’t sell”
and “food waste” as in “it is not actually within the capacity of humans to perfectly predict and track household food consumption, so a certain amount of food per household inevitably goes bad and has to be thrown out every year”
the idea that food waste is the product of thoughtless consumers rather than corporate greed is really insidious
wish i had a pet lion too (`・ω・´)”
