Daisy & Wendy | A Strange Duck
Daisy smiled back at the girl “Yes! Daisy Duck, that’s my name! Pleasure to meet you Wendy Darling!” Then, in a quieter, more hushed tone, she asked “This is going to sound really weird but, where are we? My boyfriend’s filiming some shorts on location and I don’t know where in the world I am right now.”
Wendy giggled for a moment before deciding that it would be best that she answered the question. "Well miss Daisy, you're in England. London to be a bit more precise." Wendy smiled sweetly.
Two Wendy's Are Better Than One | Wendy and Pleakley
Pleakley nodded at the girl, and then added discreetly (or, as discreetly as you can get with Pleakley) “But don’t go spreading that around.” Then, suddenly, he became just as jovial and energetic “So, tell me more about this part of the planet.” he said as he readied his pen and notebook.
"Oh my," Wendy said, not entirely sure what to tell him. "Well, it rains quite a bit here. It's a bit boring to be quite honest. Neverland is MUCH more exciting." She informed Pleakley with a nod.
A New Adventure Awaits | Wendy and Peter Pan
Peter looked back to the boys, and scrunched up his nose. He didn’t mind either of Wendy’s brothers, but this time, Peter wanted Wendy all to himself. “Nah, let them sleep.” Peter waved a hand to excuse the idea, and looked back to Wendy.
“You do remember how to fly, right Wendy?” It had been quite some time since the last adventure, and he wasn’t sure she would. If she didn’t, then he had a spare pouch of pixie dust, courtesy of Tinkerbell.
Wendy thought long and hard for a moment. "Oh Peter, I'm afraid I don't." She shook her head sadly. "It's been such an awfully long time!"

Two Wendy's Are Better Than One | Wendy and Pleakley
Wendy laughed at the fellow Wendy. It was at that moment that she decided it was a lady. She didn’t know of which species, but a lady nonetheless. “Oh yes, this is where I live, and always have lived!” she giggled. “And you ma’am?”
Pleakley smiled upon being called “ma’am”. He didnt get that often, but he liked it. “Well,” he started, “I’m Plorgonanian, originally. Then I began working for the Gran Council Woman on Turo, and now I live here on Earth, on one of it’s many islands, this one called Kaua’i”
Wendy's jaw dropped.at the sound of this. Only NOW she lived on earth. "Well, ma'am, wouldn't that make you an alien?" She asked, feeling astonished.
A New Adventure Awaits | Wendy and Peter Pan
Hearing the familiar sound of Wendy’s voice, Peter peeked out from around the corner. “Hiya, Wendy!” A large smile seemed to creep onto his face, as he stared into the face of his friend.
Flying a little closer, Peter poked his head through the open window. He looked around the nursery that had not changed, and saw that John and Michael were tucked into their beds. Both boys were sound asleep, and snoring. With a soft little chuckle, the redhead turned back to the girl in her blue night gown.
“Come on another adventure with me, Wendy. I’ll take you back to Neverland.” Secretly, Peter hoped that Wendy would decide to stay this time around.
Wendy was shocked, and happy, that she could barely even speak. Did he really want her to go back to Neverland? Oh, this was too good to be true. "Oh Peter! I would love to! Shouldn't we wake up John and Michael before we venture off?" She asked.
She knew that her brothers would never forgive her if she went back to Neverland. She thought about this, as she looked at Peter expectantly.
Peter Pan (1953) - “I think I’ll give you a kiss.”

Daisy & Wendy | A Strange Duck
Wendy was taking a nice walk along the pond. She loved walking here by herself. It was nice with other people as well, but when she walked by herself it reminded her a bit of Neverland, which she missed dearly.
As she looked along the shore she saw a few different kinds of woodland creatures, as well as the typical kind of creatures one might find by water. Suddenly, she noticed something that seemed a bit odd to her. There was a duck, which was normal, but the duck was wearing human clothes. And they weren’t in the pond, but rather walking along side of it, much like Wendy. Curiosity creeped upon Wendy and made her feel the need to talk to the duck.
“Hello,” Wendy greeted sweetly. “I do hope I’m not bothering you, but I was just wondering, if perhaps, you would like to share with me, why you aren’t swimming in the pond, like most other ducks.”
Daisy’s head shot up at the girl’s question. Was she talking to her? “You mean me?” Daisy asked. “I just have more class than those duds.” she replied with a slight shrug as she pointed in the direction of the pond. “Also, I’m a little something that my friend Mickey likes to call anthropomorphic. Means I can walk and talk and can do anything just about as well as a human!” She then extended her feathery hand. “I’m Daisy, by the way.”
Wendy looked down at this so-called Daisy's hand. Gently shaking it she decided it was in her best interest to introduce herself as well. "I'm Wendy. Wendy Darling. It's a pleasure to meet you miss....duck?" She questioned awkwardly.
Two Wendy's Are Better Than One | Wendy and Pleakley
“Wendy?” Pleakley asked her. “Why, that’s my name! Agent Wendy Pleakley, Earth expert! But I prefer to be called Pleakley.” he told her as he shook her hand. “Tell me, are you from this part of the planet, little earth Wendy?”
Wendy laughed at the fellow Wendy. It was at that moment that she decided it was a lady. She didn't know of which species, but a lady nonetheless. "Oh yes, this is where I live, and always have lived!" she giggled. "And you ma'am?"
A New Adventure Awaits | Wendy and Peter Pan
It seemed like forever since the last adventure. The Pirates were boring, and the Indians were civil. Even the Lost Boys weren’t as rambunctious as usual. The games all seemed so old now, and there was nothing new to do. Tinkerbell wasn’t even around right now. Sighing, Peter sat in the hideout. What had happened to the fun of being in Neverland?
Scratching his head, Peter thought long and hard. There had to be something, anything he could do to rid himself of this unusual bout of boredom. Looking around the messy hideout, Peter couldn’t help but be reminded of Wendy. They’d had so much fun together. Finally an idea hit him. “I know, I’ll go to London, and see Wendy!” With the revelation stuck in his head, Peter took off from the hideout and flew towards London.
When he finally made it to London, he flew to the large clock tower known as Big Ben. The giant clock chimed nine times, signally the time of night. Peter ignored the deep chimes and searched for the house that he loved so much. He should have remembered where his Wendy lived, but it had been so long since he’d seen her.
Giving up on remembering, he began to fly throughout all of London, peeking into each and every window he could in search of that beloved nursery. After what seemed like hours, Peter finally came to a familiar house. With that familiar building came the familiar window, and the familiar sounds of Nana.
Cautiously, at first, Peter peeked into the room for any sign of his Wendy.
Wendy had just finished telling her brothers yet another story about Peter Pan. Oh, how she longed to see him again. For a moment she sat down on her bed and just thought about the wonderful adventure she and him had in Neverland. Neverland. The word rang through her head like a million tiny bells.
She thought about the mermaids, and the Indians, and Captain Hook, and Mr. Smee, and the crocodile, and the Lost Boys, and most importantly, Peter. She smiled at just the thought of him. She had never felt that way about a boy before, and even though she was only 12, she wasn't sure if she would ever feel that way again.
Suddenly, she heard something from outside of her window. She took a quick glance at it, and didn't see anything. brushing it aside, she helped tuck her brothers into bed. Then, she heard it again. Walking towards the window to investigate, she suddenly saw a silhouette, with a very familiar shape.
"Oh Peter!" She cried. "Is that you?"
