Swimming… Lost in thought, trying to conform, Mind reeling, a windy storm. A million places to be with nowhere to go, Calm exteriors hide chaos below. Reaching out, grasping for relief, Nothing in sight we drift on like a leaf. Deep breaths… Letting go, we embrace without fear, Clouds disperse, storms disappear. Chaos thinning, sight begins to clear, Sun peeking through, turbulence to the rear. Calm descends, the mind in relief In the open water, we drift on like a leaf. Drifting… Nothing in sight, nowhere to be Mind begins to wander, finally feeling free Resting in emptiness, with nothing to chase Immense peace, expanding our embrace.
