You know ... Im a bit disappointed that there aren't more dicks to climb in game. Surely since they have put this many dicks around, they could make a few more giant ones to perch on?

Ticked over to 300,000 gamerscore earned. I didnt plan earning some heroic achievement, it just happened. It could have happened earlier with a few games I need to polish off, but I wasnt too worried.

On the 23rd of March 2016 I was at 200,000. So to break that down, its taken 924 days to earn 100,000 which is an average of 108.23 GS earned everyday since then.

Not bad Obama.

Xbox One Life is Strange 2

Its like being reunited with an old friend. An old friend who knows what narrative and story you love.

Its all there, just presented very differently from the first seasons. Intrigued and interested where this journey is going to go!

Xbox One Shadow of the Tomb Raider

Enjoying this game! I feel like its a lot better than the previous title, not being so 200% Lara-centric! That and there is far less murder-death-kill with a lot more exploration and “Tombing”.

So its good. But not great. Was I expecting more? Ofcourse I was. I got caught up in the developer hype train that after the super great Life is Strange, even though these games are so starkly different.

There is a lot to like. The dark and deep story, the conversations, the people and the “literal” world you are in. But things like combat and balancing and just getting around just seem like they get in the way? Anyway. Am about 70% through it (I think) so will give the game the attention it deserves and play it through.

If I was to give it a rating it would be the 7 - 7.5 / 10.

One more achievement to get for the 100%.

Disposing of 10,000 zombies. Im at 3,500. Am not going to spend 10+ hours finding zombies to waste to earn the 100% ... well, I think im not anyway.

When you are cruising around at night mowing down zombies when suddenly one appears wearing a traffic cone for a hat?

Pretty sure its supposed to be a combat helmet type enemy. But hey ...

Must be a VLC initiative ?

Xbox One Assassin's Creed Rogue Remastered

Just like running through Black Flag on the 360 and the Xbox One afterwards, am doing the same with Rogue.

Rogue is great! It ties up the story between AC3, Black Flag and Unity ... I think its a very overlooked AC title.

The leaps the series has done with Origins compared to the old AC mechanics of Rouge is astounding! That being said, the old AC mechanics of randomly jumping off buildings to your death is fantastic nostalgia.

Xbox One Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice

This game is extremely disturbing, interesting and the most at home I have felt with a game for a long time.

You are by yourself. Your thoughts, your psychosis, your inner demons are your travel companions. The constant chatter to each other, to yourself is brilliant. And almost comforting ? That sounds strange ... but the darkness and chaos Senua is going through puts your own nagging dark thoughts at ease.

A masterpiece. Ninja Theory deserve a lode of accolades!
