30 degrees in the house and outside is worse. There was sun, a lot of it. And it was humid. So I didn't have the energy for bodyrock at all.
Instead:

40min Air Climber
20min hula hoop
Diet:
All I can say is that it was just horrible today. It consisted of fried rice(health and homemade though! Red & brown rice), nesquick cereal and cucumbers... and 1 pack of thinaddictive cranberry biscuits. What went wrong, I have no idea but my appetite was WAY off.

It was supposed to be "stay away from excess carbs" for me. But it is a lot harder than I thought it would be. No I lied. It isn't HARD, I was just not pushing myself enough. When I am doing well, I whack of banana bread lies in wait for me to devour it. ALL. Anyways, I do not bring in the temptation, I know the source, but really. It's difficult when nobody listens and supports. I will probably put myself on a strict diet plan such as Blogilates' 90 Day Challenge. I will do it. I need to push myself because I never have.
Today's workout:
30min Dance
Bodyrock 9min real time workout + 8min abs
20min hula hoop
30min air climber - while watching a movie
Today's Diet:
B: 2 Egg whites boiled
L: Firm tofu + Chicken + 1/3 cup brown rice
S: Banana bread.. a lot of it
D: Broccoli + tofu + chicken + 1/2 cup brown rice
S: Papaya + Milk
Plenty of water every day. This I am proud of.

We Are Young

I am young. LOL Yes.. The workout today was different from the usual bodyrock workouts. And it felt like I haven't done a workout in so long because of how tired I felt! (It's been about 4 days since I last BR'd)
There isn't a way to really jot down the amount of reps I did for this, but I was able to repeat the moves from 1-4, four times in the 12 minutes. Along with this I did Blogilates new london workout focusing on the booty.
Diet wise... I'm avoiding anything unnecessary. Now I will practice a dance before taking a shower.

I apologize for not posting for so long! Sorry Nana, for leaving you alone :(!! As Nana has said last week's challenge was to avoid meat...which btw..WE SUCCEEDED!! *HIGH FIVE! It was a lot easier than I thought it would be. Nana and I will continue to cut meat out of our diet. This week's challenge is to reduce the amount of carbs we consume. Basically any bread, pasteries(killer). Let's see how we do!
Body-Rock posting:
1) Ninja jumptuck + 5 High knees - 7|6

This was REALLY fun to do! I believe in Nana' she has the workout title. I do not have the upper body strength to do a proper pop push up, so I modified it on my knees, and if I felt like I couldn't do that I did a female push-up.

Leeluh and I have decided to take on a challenge of avoiding all meats aside from eggs and fish. It's a nice challenge. So far so good. I am sore.. and sweaty.

Day Overview:
Dark chocolate is a good way for me to avoid snacking mindlessly on mass amounts of useless calories. Dark chocolate has benefits, is lower in sugar and though it is quite bitter (75%) it's taste is enough to lead me away from eating mindlessly.
Workout wise, I am doing alright. I feel like I could be doing more, but I know diet is my weakness, not the working out section of this whole thing.
