Day Overview:
Dark chocolate is a good way for me to avoid snacking mindlessly on mass amounts of useless calories. Dark chocolate has benefits, is lower in sugar and though it is quite bitter (75%) it's taste is enough to lead me away from eating mindlessly.
Workout wise, I am doing alright. I feel like I could be doing more, but I know diet is my weakness, not the working out section of this whole thing.
