10AM~4:30PM spent inside the Forbidden City.

10/15/15 Thu National Film Museum. Just outside Chaoyang. The upper levels have better content - best to ignore the first and second floors, and most of the third. The Children's film exhibit was relatively interesting, on the third floor. They say there's up to 22 exhibits? halls? display rooms? But we stopped at Number 15. Couldn't find the rest, anyway. Huge, huge, massive building. Thought they were kind of wasting the space on the first two floors, especially. A big group of elementary school kids in standard uniform style looked pretty excited about i all, though, taking pictures of the displays and everything. I don't think they visited up to the top floors, which is a shame because they'd probably enjoy the life-like models of the actors, as well as other sections. It's an incredibly big building, entirely dedicated to the 100+ years of Chinese cinematic history and development. At least they have a national film museum. So much potential, with that much space.
