Soooo I did a quick tumblr search on @kittensplaypenshop, and turns out I am FAR from the only person experiencing a long wait time/lack of responses to emails. Some people are describing wait times of 8-9 MONTHS just to get one collar or tail. Oh my god!! When I placed my order back in early February, the KPP site said the processing time was 12 weeks. Well, it has been over 12 weeks and my order is still “in queue”. I spent $46 on ONE collar plus shipping. Thank god I didn’t spend upwards of $200 like some other unsatisfied customers did! All I can say, KPP, is that we trusted your company and many of us feel that we have been fucked over. Your customers who have been waiting ALMOST A YEAR for their orders deserve some kind of compensation for this mess.
