Chicken and Shitake Mushroom Broth Ramen
I love homemade cooking but I don’t plan ahead enough to have it ready for dinner.
What I end up eating looks like this:

I LOVE FRIED CHICKEN! It’s so delicious and I can literally eat this for a couple days but it is more expensive than cooking and probably takes a few months off my lifespan every crunchy yummy bite at a time.
So, I’m going to try prepping meals ahead and using my slow cooker more often and this recipe sounds simple but delicious.

UPDATE: Made the ramen for dinner 5/18/15 and served it with a soft boiled egg and dash of sesame chili oil. Fiance gave it a 7/10. I gave it a 8/10. I like the broth a lot on its own. He misses meat. I forgot to take a picture! DOH!
